Ingredients:
- Single-colored pieces of tissue paper (your choice of color / mix it up for variation) - one piece makes one flower
- A pair of scissors
- Plain, thin headband
- Stapler
- Elastic bands (number should match the number of flowers you are making)
Time: 10-15 minutes
Instructions:
Step 1: Fold each piece of tissue paper in an "accordion manner", as shown below.
Step 2: Fold each piece of paper in half and staple it.
Step 3: Cut the edges of both sides so that they are round.
Step 4: Open up the tissue paper and start separating each layer. Fluff it up to give it a flower-type feeling. Repeat on both sides.
Step 5: Tie the flower onto the headband using the elastic band - one side of the flower should be facing the front and the other should be facing the back. Repeat the above steps with more tissue paper, to create as many flowers as you want.
